Happy Dude Productions, in conjunction with ArtBack NT, are proud to present another live and rockin’ event for the Gove Peninsula.
This time we’re crankin up the Cat Shed with the sensational Purple Patch.
Purple Patch is a four-piece band, blending dirty organ riffs with burning electric guitar, gritty bass and pounding drums to create a refreshing new sound from the centre of Australia.
Based in Alice Springs, Purple Patch have developed a ‘sundried-psych’ sound that draws influence from classic rock and blues, conjuring feelings reminiscent of a bird-of prey soaring over desert landscapes in slow motion.
Supporting Purple Patch will be local sensation Jurxn.
Jurxn will return to town with her band to remind us why she is one of the regions premier singer songwriters with groove to spare.
Local hero Harry Walker will get us primed at the evenings start bringing some class and style in true Hazza form.
Doors will open at 7pm, No BYO as there will be a licenced bar, bring ID, make sure you have a liquor permit, organise a sober Bob if you’re drinking. This is an 18+ event.
