From the shadows of too many years scratchin’ in musty rehearsal rooms and mid-century beer-stained front bars, come the refreshingly familiar yet strangely original tones from South Australia’s very own ROAD KINGS.

What started as a side project in 2016, ROAD KINGS is now the forceful “quiet Australian” of original rock/blues.

Raw, toe-tapping and unapologetic guitar riffs stand tall against the rich and raucous warbles of blues harmonica, while all the while the engine room of drums and bass grind excruciatingly close to the edge of forever.

While the days of 70’s pub rock may be long gone, ROAD KINGS have reinvented the reason to go out and see a live band do what it does best – captivate the tender heart and darkened soul in every one of us.

HOG BAY ROAD (EP) captures the irrepressible optimism of our Australian live music culture and serves it up to go.
