About Moruya Rodeo 2026
Rodeo association of Moruya is proud to present the annual New Years Day rodeo 2026.
Watch as the riders take on some of the best bucking bulls in the country.
There’s all your favourite rodeo events: bull riding, barrel racing, saddle bronc and bareback.
There is a massive prize pool with over $25,000 to be won on the day.
Big Al the rodeo clown is returning with all his classic antics. As always, there will be sideshow games.
There's market stalls with clothing and western wear. There will be plenty of hot food, sweets and ice cream trucks.
Enjoy drinks all day long, then stick around for live music after the rodeo as CK & The 45s light up the night with their high-energy live country music.
Moruya Rodeo is offering their unique merchandise including the in demand "Moruya Rodeo" truckies caps and Stubby holders.
There’s plenty of fun for the whole family, with main event starting at 4.00pm and finishing approximately 9.30 pm.
Tickets
Adults (16 and over) - $30*
Adult Early bird tickets - $25*, available until 11.59 pm on the 11th of December 2025
Children (under 10-15 yrs) - $15*
Children (9 yrs and under) - Free
Tickets available online. This year tickets will be capped to ensure spectators are able to appreciate the full rodeo spectacular, so get your tickets early to avoid disappointment. Tickets will only be available at the gate if not sold out before. Moruya Rodeo suggest that tickets be purchased online as there is no guarantee of tickets being available at the gate.
