Main Event Rodeo Start 5.00pm

EVENT ENTRY:

Entrance for VIP is via Gate 1

Entrance for General Entry is between Gates 1 & 2

Competitors Entrance via Gate 3

EVENT PARKING:

Disabled parking in front of Tavern.

Disability & Carer (companion card will need to be sited)

EVENT DETAILS:

Local Band "Sterobate" starts straight after Rodeo finishes.
Come join the action-packed Full Event Rodeo for the whole family including events Bull Riding, Saddle Bronc, Barrel Racing, Roping, Mini Bulls plus much more.
For the After Party put your dancing boots on for “Stereobate”
Including DJ Sonix until Late
Darwin River Tavern opened until 2 am

This is a fully catered event.

Bring chairs or picnic rugs for general entry

Bar available from 4.00pm – 1.00am

Children under the age of 16 MUST be always accompanied by an adult, as this is a licensed premises venue.

Carpark will have Traffic Control in place.

VIP DETAILS:
VIP ticket holders are required to be 18 years old or over. Under 18 VIP children must be accompanied by a VIP adult. Included in your ticket price is access to the VIP area located time event end of the arena providing a premium view of all the action, catering by Brad’s BBQ includes grazing & nibbles table, as well as drinks for duration of the Rodeo approx. 4 hours, RSA & Licensing laws apply.
