Terms and conditions:

• Vehicles parked at own risk. Event Organiser will not be responsible for damage caused during transit or parking at this car show.
• Vehicles must be parked between 7am and 10am. Judged cars MUST be on asphalt no later than 9.30am.
• Judging will commence at 10am and trophy presentation to commence at 1.00pm.
• No burnouts or hoon behaviour will be tolerated. Vehicles will be ejected, and a lifetime ban imposed for future events.
• Judges decisions are final.
• Alcohol is strictly NOT allowed at the Car Show.
• Prizes are not transferrable
• Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated, and lifetime bans will be imposed.
• COVID rules MUST be strictly complied with on the day.

Gates open at 7am and all Car entries MUST have their A4 printed ticket to be displayed on car dash.

No judged entries will be accepted after Sunday 15 March 2026 to allow judging paperwork to be finalised.
