Dietary Requirements:
Rydges Canberra caters to the following recognised dietary requirements in accordance with the Food Standards Authority: lactose intolerance, egg intolerance, gluten free, nut free, seafood free, vegetarian and vegan.

Dietary requirements must be advised by the event organiser seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the event. Where possible, please choose your menu selections in accordance to the dietary requirements of your guests. Individual menus and/ or food items to suit personal preferences will not be supplied without a surcharge being incurred.

Terms & Conditions:
In the event that a COVID outbreak results in the ACT going into a government mandated lock down and the hotel is unable to hold Christmas Day lunch, all bookings will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.  In the event that you are travelling to Canberra from interstate to attend Christmas Day lunch and border closures prevent you from travelling, proof of address will be required in order to cancel your booking and once verified, a full refund will be provided.
