Join us for our final Serenity Sunday on the mat for 2025, and we’re finishing the year with something truly special

We’ve teamed up with the incredible @havenwellness to bring you the ultimate wellness experience, a morning entirely dedicated to YOU.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a beautiful Serenity gift bag, complete with grip socks, and your mat will be ready for you on the day all you need to bring is yourself and your beautiful energy and we will be providing the mats :D

Your Serenity Sunday Experience

8:30 AM — Arrive at Haven Wellness, receive your Serenity gift bag, settle in, and flow straight into your 50-minute full-body Pilates class led by Nadin and Britt outside on the deck with nature.

9:20 AM — Melt into a soothing, affirmation-filled meditation guided by Alyce from Intouch Yoga & Meditation - leaving you grounded, calm, and refreshed

9:30–10:30 AM — Step into Haven’s luxurious wellness facilities and enjoy your soak and recovery session Relax in the heated magnesium pool, refresh in the cold plunge, unwind in the steam room, and take time to restore in blissful serenity

10:30–11:30 AM — Refuel with a delicious BBQ breakfast with some fresh rolls from Burra Bakery and your choice of Collagen Hydrate, Strawberry Matcha, or Iced Latte, thanks to our amazing friends at @thecollagenlab

Throughout the morning, enjoy the little touches that make Serenity Sunday so special
