About Deck the Hall | SUN 28 AUG
Come along and join us for a cosy winter's evening of two comedic one-act plays, sure to tickle your funny bone and warm the cockles of your heart.
SPAT veteran Karen Beavis presents "Dotty's Inheritance" by Debra Chalmers, a much-loved Australian playwright whose pieces have always delighted on the Stanwell Park stage.
One family's secrets and sensibilities are upended when their dotty matriarch inherits the family business in this zany comedy of errors.
It will be followed by "Fate's Thread", a comedy-come-ghost story which is spooky, heartwarming and very funny, especially when a host of colourful characters are brought to life (or is that afterlife?) by first-time director Amanda Enderby.
It's sure to be a fun evening!
