Join us for a family-friendly workshop that will have everyone movin and groovin'!

This 40-minute session brings kids and parents together for a unique fitness experience that's all about fun, laughter and making memories.

Session 1: Doors open 11.15am | 11.30am start to 12.10pm

Session 2: Doors open 12.45pm | 13.00pm start to 13.40pm
