TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to other people.
- The ticket includes complementary entry to the pop-up stores and markets at the foyer upon arrival. Foyer opens at 6.30pm before the doors open for the concert
- In accordance with advice of NSW Health, face masks are strongly recommended for those aged 12 and up at all times you are in the theatre, including for the duration of the performance. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one free of charge.
- All guests are required to check-in using a QR code provided at the venue using the NSW Service App upon their entry.
- Face masks may be mandatory according to the emerging COVID-19 cases in greater Sydney region in NSW
- In the event of delaying the concert date due to COVID-19 cluster growth, event organizer will contact individuals who have purchased the ticket to notify the updated information
