About CWA Christmas Fair 2025

Join us at our 2025 Christmas Fair on Saturday, 6 December 9 am to 2 pm at 3 Lansell Road, Toorak.

We are excited to invite enthusiastic stallholders to participate in our upcoming fair — a vibrant community event that promises a fun-filled day of entertainment, shopping, and connection.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products or services to a wide and diverse audience, gain exposure, and be part of a lively atmosphere celebrating local talent and businesses. Whether you offer handmade crafts, delicious food, unique merchandise, or interactive experiences, we’d love for you to join us and help make this event unforgettable. Spaces are limited, so don’t miss your chance to be part of the excitement!

Payment must be made in full by 21 November to secure your stall.

EVENT NOTES:

Stallholders must be set up by 8.30 am and are not permitted to pack up before 2.00 pm without permission from the event organisers.

Stallholders are not permitted to occupy space outside their allocated site. They must remove all rubbish at the end of the Fair.

All marquees erected must be able to withstand winds of up to 50 kph.

Entry to the venue is at the Stallholder's own risk.

Stallholders should bring essential items to ensure comfort at the Fair. Please review the Application form for more details.
