About Lament to Light - Together in Song

We invite you to enjoy songs and choral music to soothe, comfort, heal and inspire sung by the artists of The Opera and Song Collective. Our music ranges from Monteverdi to Mendelssohn, Fauré to Reynaldo Hahn, Saint Saëns and Rachmaninov and the music of English composers, Vaughan -Williams, Benjamin Britten and Sir Arthur Sullivan.

In this concert we feature mezzo-soprano, Daniella Ehrlich singing Ravel’s, ‘Deux mélodies hebraïques, (Two Hebrew Melodies).

Concert duration : One hour 15 mins. We invite you to enjoy mingling after the concert over complimentary refreshments.

Our 21 singers are conducted by Martin Lijauco and accompanied by well-loved Sydney pianist, Stephen Walter.
