About Songs Through Time

Relax and enjoy an elegant afternoon of song with The Opera and Song Collective.

Much-loved sopranos Emily Turner and Emma Häll are joined by acclaimed collaborative pianist Bradley Gilchrist for a richly varied programme spanning from the court of Louis XIV to the present day.

Featuring music by Handel and Rameau, alongside beloved works by Schubert and Richard Strauss, the programme also explores the sensual sound worlds of Duparc, Delibes and Saint-Saëns, before culminating in the visionary music of Olivier Messiaen.

Join us after the recital for refreshments in the courtyard.
