Martin will be delivering his flagship ‘Discovering Resilience’ presentation to your community. Through his high-energy humour and captivating storytelling, Martin will share simple, practical tips we can use everyday to improve our wellbeing.

When building positive mental health in a community, we know the best impact happens when we work together.

The ‘Discovering Resilience’ presentation helps do just that by sharing evidence-based strategies so they can be also practised at home and beyond. Attendees will also be reminded of the importance of their own wellbeing - we bring the best versions of ourselves to our family and community, when we make time to look after ourselves.

- Seating is General Admission. As there is NO allocated seating for this event, please ensure to arrive together if you wish to sit together.
-The content of this presentation is intended for an adult audience and children are not encouraged to attend.
-Main Entrance is just off Burns Way overlooking the Wollundry lagoon. There is dedicated accessible parking on burns way with lots of unlimited parking options on Tarcutta street and the Cross Street parking area (just across the road).
