About The Resilience Project Teacher Seminar

The seminar will incorporate three sessions and provide participants with an opportunity to hear from a number of highly engaging presenters.


SESSION 1: Discovering Resilience
10am – 11.30am
Hugh Van Cuylenburg The Resilience Project Founder
The ‘Discovering Resilience’ presentation addresses how to focus on providing practical strategies to build resilience and develop positive mental health in an education environment.

SESSION 2: The Resilience project in your classroom
12pm – 1pm
Martin Heppell The Resilience Project Partner & Presenter
Antony Keely School Programs Manager
You will be involved in a number of practical learning activities and will be provided with some great games, ideas and resources that you can take into your classroom.

SESSION 3: Mindfulness & Meditation
2pm – 3pm
Kasey Frawley Mindfulness & meditation teacher/facilitator
This session is about relaxing the body and calming the mind. This session is for you! You will have the opportunity to enjoy interactive activities and learn concepts and skills to take into your classroom and own personal life.


There will be coffee/tea break and a light lunch served on the day.


Ticketing Notes:
- Seating is General Admission. As there is NO allocated seating on the day, please ensure to arrive together if you wish to sit together.
- Please bring note taking materials on the day.
