About Wild Provisions: A Fermentation Pop-Up Dinner Series
Wild Provisions is a pop-up dinner series exploring the ancient techniques of food preservation woven through a meticulously designed culinary menu. The old world methods including fermentation, solar drying, salting and sugaring were historically used to maintain provisions in times of food scarcity. They now allow us to utilize and manage food waste as well as develop unique flavor through appreciation for slow foods and microorganisms. Join us to experience the ancient subtle nuances and deep flavor of food preservation in the context of modern menu.
Starting at 7pm sharp, the menu will offer four courses with two beers from 3 Ravens Brewery, additional beverages can be purchased during the meal.
