About Toasties with Tim

Daylesford Cider & Masterchef’s Tim Bone have teamed up to bring you the ultimate Sunday session, set in the landscaped gardens of Daylesford Cider.

There will be three bands playing across the day & the Daylesford Cider caravan will be serving up a range of ciders, beers, wines and softies while Tim cooks up a storm.

Tim’s Toastie menu has been specially curated for this event, incorporating some of Daylesford Cider’s recent award winning ciders into his recipes. (See Toastie menu below.)  On the day there will also be suggested cider pairings to take advantage of.

The ticket price includes entry to the event with live music running across the day, 1 drink of your choice & 1 Tim’s Toastie. There are three ticket sessions to choose from reflecting the three ‘dining’ times with Tim’s Toasties (10-12 / 12-2 / 2-4) however you are welcome to join us any time between 10am and 4pm.

To make the most of the live music & gorgeous gardens we suggest bringing along a picnic blanket on which to kick back and relax with family and friends. There is also limited indoor seating available on first come first serve basis, and pub bench style seating in the courtyard with large shade umbrellas.

All drinks are available at bar prices, strictly no BYO.

A cheese toastie is included for all kids tickets.

Pulled Pork braised in Daylesford Cider “Arf & Arf”, Tim’s apple and fennel sauce, rocket and sharp cheddar cheese

THE I AM BRUT
Slow roasted garlic and rosemary marinated Lamb Shoulder, “Sweet Coppin” infused caramelised onion, Meredith Dairy Goats Cheese and baby spinach

THE SPICED CIDER HOUSE RULES
Pears poached in Daylesford Cider “Spiced Cider”, prosciutto, blue cheese, sticky cider glaze and rocket

THE SUNDAY SESSION (V)
Roast pumpkin, roasted capsicum strips, Daylesford Cider “Session” pickled red onion, Meredith Dairy Goats Cheese, baby spinach and Josh & Sue’s Rose Harissa
