Victorian Speedway Council Inc in conjunction with Drouin Speedway, present the 2025 / 2026 VSC Ladies Standard Saloons Victorian State Title

VSC INC. POLICIES WHICH WILL BE ENFORCED

1. A minimum number of nominations is required.

1.1 If a class has less then 20 cars registered with the Victorian Speedway Council Inc. at the close of nominations, then a minimum of 12 nominations for that class must be received, with 12 confirmed nominations on race day to constitute a Victorian State Title. This includes VSC Ladies’ and VSC Junior Standard Saloon Victorian State Titles which are exempt from 1.2 If a class has more than 20 cars registered with the Victorian Speedway Council Inc. at the close of nominations, then a minimum of 15 nominations for that class must be received, with 15 confirmed nominations on race day to constitute a Victorian State Title.

2. All other requirements as per the State Title Policy and the Victorian Speedway Council Inc. Racing Rules and Regulations.

3. Transponders are mandatory for every Victorian State Title.

4. Nomination Fee.

4.1 $80.00 per entry if using your own transponder. $110.00 per entry if hiring a transponder. $170.00 per entry (NON – REFUNDABLE) for Late Nominations including the hiring of a transponder.

4.2 Late Nominations will be accepted until 72 hours before the advertised event.

4.3 Late Nominations will start Rear of Field in all heats.

5. All Safety gear needs to be compliant, in specification, date and condition.
Non – Compliant safety gear will be confiscated with affine required to be paid prior to non – compliant safety gear being returned. Non – Compliant safety gear will result in the driver being excluded from the event – Rule #6 Victorian Speedway Council Inc. Racing Rules & Regulations Manual.

6. Any car found to have any performance enhancing modifications at Scrutineering will be deemed illegal and will be excluded from the event – Rule # 11.25 Victorian Speedway Council Inc. Racing Rules & Regulations Manual.

7. The Victorian Speedway Council Inc. in conjunction with the promoting body, reserves the right to accept or reject any nomination.

8. Denomination process – Please email Ticketebo with your request to denominate from the above VSC State title. Denominations are eligible for a refund up to 72 hours prior to the above event start time.
