Warrnambool 171st Community Show

Get ready for a fantastic day of family fun, and community spirit at the 171st Warrnambool Community Show on Saturday, 31 October 2026 at the Warrnambool Showgrounds Reserve!
For over 171 years, The Warrnambool Show has brought generations together to celebrate the very best of agriculture, local talent, entertainment. Whether you're visiting for the animals, the competitions, the food, or simply a great family day out, there's something to delight visitors of every age.

Experience the excitement of the National Shearing & Woolhandling Championships 30–31 October and Horse Events running across 30th , 31st October, 1st of November, showcasing some of Australia's finest competitors. Wander through the livestock pavilions to see magnificent beef cattle, sheep and poultry, admire beautiful fleece displays, and watch skilled competitors in action.

Step inside the Wannon Rooms to discover an incredible showcase of local creativity, featuring homecrafts, art, photography, horticulture and delicious cookery exhibits. Stroll through market stalls offering unique gifts, local produce and handmade treasures, then treat yourself to classic show favourites including delicious food, carnival rides, sideshow alley games and everyone's favourite showbags.

This year's special guest, Donna Sparx from Hoop Sparx, will keep the whole family entertained with interactive playspaces, giant bubbles, spinning plates, dancing ribbons, hula hoops and dazzling LED performances. Children and adults alike are invited to jump in, learn new tricks and create unforgettable memories together.

Watch their spectacular performances on aerial silks, hoops and trapeze, showcasing incredible skill, strength and creativity.

With free entry for children under 15, live entertainment throughout the day and a vibrant atmosphere from morning until evening, the 171st Warrnambool Community Show is the perfect way to celebrate our region's rich agricultural heritage while enjoying a fun-filled day with family and friends.
