About The Dragon's Rest Winters Feast

Themed Anniversary Dinner – please dress up in your finest medieval attire for an evening of food, live music and fun.

Event Details:
- 5pm arrival for 6pm dinner.
- Glass of beer, mead, wine, juice or soft drink on arrival.
- Guests will be ushered into the beer garden to socialise until they invited to take a seat.
- Guests will be entertained in the outdoor beer by roving performers (jugglers, musicians etc)
- From 6pm, guests will be invited to take a seat with everyone seated by 6:30pm
-The MC will invite guests up for Buffet Service Table by table
- A Harp and/or acoustic music shall play music during the dinner service, followed by a brief presentation about the past 20 years of Winterfest.
- From 8:30pm a band will play on the main stage in the tavern, and guests will be invited to dance.
- Bar will close at 9:30pm with everyone offsite by 10:00pm

Friday Night Activation
- The event will be limited to Tavern and Beer Garden only.  
- Pedestrian Entry will be via Gate 2 near the Showgrounds office, with way finding signage and bollards to direct people to the Tavern.
- Parking will be on show-ground road outside the showground fence. (or on grounds for reenactors/ vendors)
- Ticket scanning will occur at Gate 2, prior to allowing people into the showground.
- LGS Group staff will manage the ticket scanning at the gate.
- Wristband will be applied once ticket has been scanned.
