About Women’s Wellness Seminar | Body, Mind, Soul

Health and wellness involve so many different factors! Our lifestyle, our environment, the food we eat, the fluids we drink, the sleep we get or don’t get, the amount of exercise we do, the creams and lotions we put on our skin, the supplements and medications we put into our body, the cleaning products we use in and around our homes, our relationships, the shows we watch, the thoughts we think, the things we say ‘yes’ to…all of these things can either help or hinder our health.
