Get ready for one of the Avon Valley’s biggest days out! The TABtouch York Cup returns to historic York Racecourse on Sunday 8 November 2026, bringing together thrilling country racing, fashion, live entertainment, great food, family fun and country hospitality.
Whether you’re a passionate racegoer, a fashion lover, looking for a great day out with friends, or planning a weekend escape to York, the TABtouch York Cup has something for everyone.
RACING, FASHION & ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy a full program of exciting thoroughbred racing, headlined by the prestigious TABtouch York Cup, alongside a fantastic day of entertainment.
Racegoers can look forward to Fashions on the Field, fabulous prizes and categories to be announced, the crowd-favourite Champagne Race and fashion parades showcasing beautiful race-day and occasion wear.
There will also be complimentary makeup touch-up stations, children’s games and family entertainment, multiple bars and refreshment areas, and plenty of opportunities to soak up the vibrant trackside atmosphere.
Once the final race is run, the party continues with live music immediately following the last race. Stay on, relax and celebrate with friends while enjoying the atmosphere of Cup Day.
TRACKSIDE HOSPITALITY
Looking to make your Cup Day extra special? Trackside Tents will be available for corporate groups, families, friends and celebrations, providing the perfect base to enjoy the racing and entertainment in comfort and style.
Catering packages can also be pre-ordered for Trackside Tent guests. A canteen will operate throughout the day for guests purchasing food on the day, while multiple bars will offer a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Trackside Tents and catering packages are limited, so early booking is recommended.
MAKE A WEEKEND OF IT
Located in the heart of the historic Avon Valley, York is the perfect destination for a weekend away. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early and explore York’s heritage attractions, shops, cafés, restaurants and accommodation before heading to the racecourse.
A shuttle bus service will operate between York’s main street and York Racecourse, making it easy for visitors staying in town to travel safely to and from the event. Shuttle details will be announced closer to Cup Day.

General admission tickets, Trackside Tent bookings and hospitality options go on sale from 1 September 2026.
