A classic pairing: Daylesford Cider and local Berkshire Pig breeders ‘Brooklands Free-Range Farm’.

Start the day with a tour of the orchards and cidery where you will learn about the heritage apple varieties, why and how the fruit is grown, the machinery required to process the fruit and what is involved when making cider. The tour will conclude at the cellar door with a tasting of the full cider range, before sitting down to a leisurely 3-course banquet lunch focussing on Brookland’s free-range pastured pork.

Owners of Brookland’s Farm, Nats and Jono, will be joining for lunch and available all afternoon to discuss life on their farm, ethical and sustainable farming and answering any questions you may have.

Ticket price includes orchard & cidery tour, cider tasting class, 3-course banquet lunch with a cider of your choice and interaction with both producers throughout the day. Additional drinks can be purchased through the bar, including cider, local wines and beers as well as soft drinks, teas and coffee.
