Black truffle grown in the Southern Forest region of Western Australia equals its European counterparts in fragrance and flavour. This fact has been the impetus for Truffle Kerfuffle that celebrates our place at the centre of Australia’s truffle industry and as a showcase for the regions food and wine. In January 2011, 20 local truffle farmers and their supporters held a meeting to gauge support for a truffle festival and toss around a few ideas. Five years later, Truffle Kerfuffle’s membership still comprises local producers and supporters. Based at the historic Fonty’s Pool outside Manjimup, Truffle Kerfuffle truly celebrates the produce and people of the Southern Forests.

Lunch and Dinner tickets also include a weekend entry pass to the Festival.

Gala Opening – Hunt and Harvest Dinner
The Gala Opening Dinner on Friday 26 June will commence at 6.30pm and conclude around 10.30pm.  It will be a 5 course meal.

The Gala Opening Dinner will be MC’d by Anna Gare and the chefs confirmed participating are:
Sophie Budd - Taste Budds Cooking Studio
Scott Bridger - Bib and Tucker / May St Larder
David Coomer - Pata Negra
Matthew Evans - Gourmet Farmer
Kenny McHardy - Due South

Food Bowl Lunch
The Lunch on Saturday 27 June will commence at 12.30pm and conclude around 3.30pm and will include a 3 course meal.

The Lunch will be MC’d by Max Veenhuyzen and the chefs confirmed participating are:
Luke Burgess - Garagistes, Hobart
Aaron Carr – Vasse Felix
Tom Randolph – No 4 Blake St

Hunt and Harvest Dinner
The Gala Dinner on Saturday 27 June will commence with drinks at 6.30pm and conclude around 10.30pm.  Both dinners will include a 5 course meal.

The Dinner will be MC’d by Matthew Evans and the chefs confirmed participating are:
