10:30am Kenny McHardy – Joel Valvasori-Pereza (1 hour)

Pork Talk: Truffles love pork. Great ideas and techniques for getting the best from both. Joel and Kenny are known for their love of everything porcine.
Kenny of Due South in Albany has worked under the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing and will be teamed up with star of the WA (and previously Melbourne) food scene, Joel Valvasori-Pereza of Lalla Rookh Bar and Eating House. This is a masterclass not to be missed.

12:00pm Matthew Evans – Guy Jeffreys (1 hour)

Pesky Perch: Matthew Evans and Guy Jeffreys get stuck into a fish that's a pest in our waterways but makes for perfect eating.
Matthew Evans of Gourmet Farmer teams up with Guy Jeffreys of Millbrook Winery for a cooking masterclass to remember. Guy is well known for his seasonal approach in the Perth Hills and his productive kitchen garden.

1:30pm David Coomer – Scott Bridger  (1 hour)

Marron by the masters: David Coomer and Scott Bridger share their top tips and cook up marvellous roasted marron with truffles.
David Coomer is a name well known to WA diners. The Pata Negra chef and Truffler will be teaming up with Scott Bridger of Fremantle favourites Bib & Tucker and May Street Larder.                       

3.00pm Scott Brannigan – Tom Randolph (1 hour)

Meat the Pros: A must for meat lovers. Scott Brannigan and Tom Randolph share their top tips for curing and preserving meats.
Two of WA's best chefs pair up for a masterclass to remember. Scott Brannigan of Bread in Common and Tom Randolph of No4 Blake Street are amongst the states best.

12:00pm Luke Burgess - Kenny McHardy (1 hour)

Freshwater favourites: Luke Burgess and Kenny McHardy get to grips with marron and redfin perch.      
In recent years Luke Burgess has been at the forefront of Tasmania's culinary reinvention. His former restaurant Garagistes garnered global praise. Luke teams up with Kenny McHardy, of Due South in Albany. Kenny has worked under the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing. Not to be missed.

1:30pm Aaron Carr - Joel Valvasori-Pereza (1 hour)

Truffle tips for the home cook: Joel Valvasori-Pereza and Aaron Carr team up to share simple techniques to make home dishes sing, from marron to home cooked pasta.
Aaron Carr has headed Vasse Felix brigade for two decades. Vasse Felix is regarded as one of Australia's best vineyard restaurants. He pairs up with another star of the WA (and previously Melbourne) food scene, Joel Valvasori-Pereza of Lalla Rookh Bar and Eating House. This is a masterclass not to be missed.

Black truffle grown in the Southern Forest region of Western Australia equals its European counterparts in fragrance and flavour. This fact has been the impetus for Truffle Kerfuffle that celebrates our place at the centre of Australia’s truffle industry and as a showcase for the regions food and wine. In January 2011, 20 local truffle farmers and their supporters held a meeting to gauge support for a truffle festival and toss around a few ideas. Five years later, Truffle Kerfuffle’s membership still comprises local producers and supporters. Based at the historic Fonty’s Pool outside Manjimup, Truffle Kerfuffle truly celebrates the produce and people of the Southern Forests.
