I welcome you all to come and experience energy tapping yoga where we will be releasing old unwanted negativity and will be making room for new positive.

The beauty of this practice is that it is available to anyone who has a strong desire to rise above their limitations and improve their lives: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually whether they have done any yoga previously or not. It is suitable for a person of any age and physical condition, as we use simple movements and breathing techniques.

Himalayan Kriya Yoga is a powerful energy yoga (combined from Kundalini yoga, Taoist Self Healing Energy Tapping, Dynamic Meditations and more) for a self-alignment and purification that uses dynamic movement, breathing techniques, mantras, mudras, tapping and meditation to detoxify, decalcify, decarbonize and release the emotional and physical stored energy blockages from our bodies.

About me:
Besides facilitating and practicing Himalayan Kriya Yoga, I am also a Holistic Life & Nutrition Coach and a MindBody Practitioner.
During my studies to become a holistic life & nutrition coach, I became aware of how our thoughts, emotions, mind, gut and body are energetically connected. I understood, experienced and witnessed how they are affecting our health and life.
While I was researching and practicing different types of yoga, meditation and breathing techniques to gain a deeper understanding of energy and to combine a physical practice with the life coaching, I came across with Himalayan Kriya Yoga.
From my very first practice, I understood how powerful it is and how much is it needed in the modern fast paced world.
After a couple of practices I decided to start studying the science behind it and become a facilitator. Since then, I have practiced Himalayan Kriya Yoga most of the days. My mind and my body are so much more pain free. Even with my slight scoliosis, I have made a progress with the alignment.

I welcome you all to come out of your comfort zone and experience it yourself.
All you need to take with you is an open mind and a heart, willingness to let go of the old and some drinking water.
I’m also very passionate about animals and nature. I volunteer at Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Rescue Centre and I am donating 10% of the profit to support them.
