Why dive?
Diving combines the athleticism of gymnastics, the grace of ballet, and the concentration of a chess player.
It's a sport that belongs to all, regardless of age or skill level. Everyone can participate and progress at their own pace.
General lesson format:
Warm-up and stretching
"Dry land" activities including trampoline work and the use of diving boards over crash mats
Water activities starting from the side of the pool progressing to low diving
