A touch of formality. Duck Duck Goose Catering takes the humble Australian barbecue into a new realm.
Seafood, Chicken, Pork, Lamb, Beef and Vegetarian options are presented with style and flair, alongside enticing salads.
The event will begin with 3 canapes, antipasto (NB: due to the current climate a shared grazing table will not be set up, instead a small board for you to share with your party will be offered) followed by the mains buffet which will include 4 meats, 3 salads & bread, dessert canapes served with tea & coffee will complete the service. All items will be chefs selections and chosen from the current menu.
On arrival all guests will be required to register their attendance and confirm they do not have any flu like symptoms, feel unwell, have a temperature or have been overseas in the past 2 weeks. Please arrive at our location as close as possible to the start time of your event.
