Our last event was super successful and our home cooked meals were extremely popular with everyone.
In order to ensure that we do not run out of our famous slow cooked pulled lamb and pork we are offering a pre ordered meal package.

It's Gonna be a Great Getaway Weekend!
Helltown Hotrods is the perfect location for our Rock n Roll weekend, with plenty of Dancing, an Elvis and Neil Diamond Concert show, some Country Boot Scootin' more Dancing, Fantastic Entertainers, Great Diner Food and Home Made Evening Meals, Licensed Bar, and 3 Nights of Free Camping, oh and an out door big screen cinema show.
So girls bring your Poodle Skirts, and fellas dig out those retro bowling shirts and pegg pants for a great retro event at an iconic location.
It's the perfect place to make new friends and chill out to some great talent with entertainment starting around lunchtime until the evening on both Friday and Saturday. We have endeavoured to create an easy going, getaway weekend that's big on friendship and good times.
So Guys and Gals here's what's going on.
Entertainment
Friday 1st December
Under cover garden area - dance floor available.
Artist - Maria Whitaker (Garden Stage)
12:30pm - 2pm - Rock n Roll, Rockabilly, Some Country and Boot Scootin, as well as some classic retro favourites
Maria is an experienced soloist, used to playing smaller venues, clubs, and country pubs.
She has a wide repertoire of music that's great to listen and dance to. We are happy to have her as part of the weekend and look forward to her entertaining you on Friday.

Ladies Best Dressed Comp (Main Lake Stage)
2:15pm - 2:45pm Ladies we love the way you all dress up and look, so we've decided to put on a NO STRESS FUN little comp down at the Lake Side stage and we wanted to really make it worth your while so here's the go.
Dress up in your best 50's style dresses, skirts petticoats and accessories, maybe do your hair up with a 50's flare, it's all fun so as long as you're enjoying yourself that's the main thing.
We will have 3 prizes with first prize sorting you and your partner (or friend) out with two nights of our famous Home Cooked Meals for two plus a drink each worth $170. Second prize Dinner for two for one night and third prize a bottle of house Red or White wine. We will also have a participation drinks voucher for every entrant who does not win a major prize. These are great giveaways and so worth the effort to enter, so no excuses.
Vivian and Jemma will be the judges.... so dress to impress !!

5:30pm - 9:30 pm - Rock n Roll, & Rockabilly, Jive & Swing.
The Rock ‘n’ Rollabillys are fantastic. A trio of 2 lovely ladies who definitely keep their lead guitarist on his toes!!!
The Rock ‘n’ Rollabillys are an entertaining 50's and 60's style band who specialize in music suitable for retro dance styles of those eras including Rock 'n' Roll, Rockabilly, Swing and Jive etc. They also play well known popular music in these styles.
Everything about this band screams retro 50's and 60's from their outfits, their instruments, their hairdo's and personas - These guys are the real Deal.

Saturday 2nd December
Saturday's gonna be busy so here's the line-up
Classic Cars Show and Shine (Cars Located Around the Property)
10am - 2pm - In conjunction with some local classic car clubs we will have a variety of Classic Retro Cars for you to check out
Artists - The Rock 'n' Roll Boys (Garden Stage)
12:30pm - 2:00pm - Best get your dancing shoes on everybody cos this 4 piece rock n roll band are top tier. Highly respected they'll bring the rock to any roll !!!
The Rock n Roll Boys are a SE Qld 4 piece rock n roll band, true to it’s name, presents rapid-fire rock and roll music that keeps dance floors full all night.
Bob Cole, Chas Whitling, John Mitchell and Lyall Barron provide all live vocals, guitars and piano and are backed by the highest quality live-recorded bass and drum backing. Rock and roll dancers have flocked to our shows from Brisbane to Bundaberg since 2017. They also play most of the major retro-styled festivals across SE and central Qld. The three boys have been in and around the entertainment game for well over 30 years and feel they have a pretty good handle on what people want when it comes to this style of dance music.
The Rock n Roll Boys have averaged around 60 gigs per year since 2017 including the Gympie Music Muster, Caloundra Beachfest and Waterhole Rocks as well as many smaller festivals and club shows.
Equally at home playing in small or large venues we are excited to welcome them to Helltown Hotrods and look forward to them being part of the entertainment moving forward. Bob, Chas, John and Lyall look forward to seeing you on the dance floor soon.

Main Lake Stage - Open Area
Artists - Doug Charles & Paul McKenna's
"DIAMOND & THE KING" Double Tribute Show. (Main Lake Stage)
2:30pm - 5:30 pm
Doug Charles is a PROFESSIONAL ELVIS TRIBUTE Artist and the organiser for this weekends great event. Doug won the Parkes Elvis Festival 2023 "Tribute to the King" competition amongst a tally of 25 other competitors. Doug was also recently invited to sing on the P&O Elvis Cruise in March 2023. He has been playing many clubs, and venues and brings a High Energy to his shows that his audience loves.
Paul McKenna is a professional entertainer and has performed as a Neil Diamond Tribute Artist at many Event Centres such as Caloundra, Ipswich and around Brisbane. He has also played at our events as a great Rock N Roll singer and knows how to engage with the Audience.
Our Diamond and the King Double Tribute is full of showmanship, jumpsuits, glitter shirts and all the glitz and pizazz that a Neil Diamond & Elvis show should bring to an event. With Doug Charles giving away scarves just as Elvis did for those lucky ladies and all those great songs you remember from two huge icons this is a Great Tribute Show not to be missed, so get those camp chairs in early and close to the stage for a ring side view but don't get to comfy as you get ready to sing and dance to classics like Blue Suede Shoes, Johnny B Goode, Sweet Caroline and so much more.

Dinner Served
6:30pm - Time to get into our famous home made slow cooked smoked pulled lamb or pulled pork, veggies, cauliflower cheese, green beans, bread roll, gravy or apple sauce with a sticky date pudding and ice cream for dessert. At $35 It's simply too good to miss.

6:30pm - 9:30pm - Time for the evenings entertainment as these guys literally rock the night away and you dance off that sticky date pudding !
OUTDOOR CINEMA EXPERIENCE
Movie - Baz Lurhmanns "Elvis"
9:30pm -11:30 pm - Starring Austin Butler and Tom Hanks in this great Elvis Biopic of his life with a music score that will leave you reliving the legend of the King.
Bonus Sunday 3rd December

11:30 am - 2:30pm - A veteran of Rock n Roll, Country & classic retro favourites
We finish up a great weekend at Helltown Hotrods with Billy Guy on Sunday playing the lunchtime slot before we all make our way safely home.

Helltown Hotrods have been very generous in provided 6 acres of their land and allowing 70 non powered sites available for use.
But get in early as when they are gone they are gone.
