Medieval and Fantasy-Themed Market Stalls:

Wander through a bustling marketplace adorned with colourful tents and banners. Artisans, traders, and enchanting vendors offer wares that evoke both the medieval era and fantastical realms. From handcrafted jewellery to spellbinding potions, you’ll find treasures fit for any adventurer.

Live Music and Performances:

Costume and Cosplay Contests:

**Concession card must be presented upon entry. Concessions accepted: 
- Pensioners with a current Pensioner Concession Card from any Australian state or territory.
- Veterans with a white or gold Veteran Card or DVA Health Card
- Seniors with a valid Seniors Card from any state or territory
- Tertiary/post-secondary students with valid student ID card.

FINAL RELEASE: LIMIT OF 6 TICKETS PER ORDER

Partial Conditions of Entry:

- No Outside Food or Beverages are to be brought into the venue. Doing so may revoke your ticket with no refund. It is a condition of entry to this festival that all bags/containers will be subject to a full search at the time of entry to the venue. Refusal to consent to a search WILL prevent entry to the event, without refund. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated and not returned.

- Cluden Park is a licenced venue. All patrons seeking alcohol service must present valid age identification. Any patron that becomes aggressive or violent towards our bar staff or volunteers will be excluded from the venue with no refunds given. Criminal charges may also be pressed if police become involved.
There is no smoking within the venue for any reason, this includes vaping. Under the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998 (Qld) smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Stadium and its precincts. Guests who smoke in the Stadium a) commit an offence against the Act, to which fines apply; and b) may be immediately evicted from the event. There are designated smoking/vaping areas in close proximity to the event that will be pointed out by signage and staff. 

- Townsville Medieval and Fantasy reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron whose behaviour, language or dress conflicts with our family friendly event policy. Tickets may or may not be refunded based on compliance of patron.
