Public Parking is available but limited.

Conditions of entry:

No Food or Drinks are to be consumed on the convention floor, designated areas will be available for food and drinks.

Townsville Pop Fest will be providing a ‘Quiet Hour’ to our sensory sensitive patrons between 9-10am. During this time stadium lighting will be lowered, we will have no announcements and we ask all guests keep noise levels as low as possible. After this time a sensory space will be accessible on the 1st floor for sensory sensitive patrons.

There is no smoking within the venue for any reason, this includes vaping. Under the Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998 (Qld) smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Stadium and its precincts. Guests who smoke in the Stadium a) commit an offence against the Act, to which fines apply; and b) may be immediately evicted from the Stadium. There are designated smoking/vaping areas in close proximity to the stadium that will be pointed out by signage and staff.

Townsville Pop Fest reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron whose behaviour, language or dress conflicts with our family friendly event policy. Tickets may or may not be refunded based on compliance of patron.

Children 14yrs and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
