Announcement from the Organiser:

‘It is with heavy hearts that we have had to make the decision to cancel our rodeo on 26th March. The Kilcoy Showgrounds sustained extensive damage in the recent floods, and unfortunately there is just not enough time before the rodeo to allow the grounds to dry out, and then allow our committee to repair what needs fixing.

To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We tried extremely hard to find another date later in the year to postpone to, however it proved impossible to find a date that fit within both the Showgrounds and National Rodeo Association availability.

We thank you all so much for your ongoing support and look forward to bringing you the biggest and best event yet in 2023."

Kilcoy Rodeo is back for 2022!! We are EXCITED to bring you an even bigger and better rodeo in 2022!!

A fun event for the whole family, our action-packed FULL rodeo program will bring some of the best bull and bronc riders, team ropers and barrel racers (just to name a few!) to Kilcoy!

The excitement will not stop there, with entertainment for the kids during the rodeo and LIVE music by the band South West after the rodeo to entertain the young and the young at heart ‘til late.

We have a new HUGE entertainment licensed area with facilities inside as well as more food options & locations.

Camping on site (Saturday ONLY) with access to toilets and hot showers.

Please note camping fee is PER SITE (max 5 people), not per person.

Conditions of Entry

1. COVID-19 Conditions of Entry

You may NOT enter the Precinct if:
- You have been asked to self-quarantine due to travel restrictions, returning a positive COVID-19  result or having been identified as a close contact to a person who returned a positive COVID-19 result.
- You have a temperature (37.5 degrees or higher) or flu-like symptoms (e.g. cough or sore throat).
ALL ATTENDEES MUST:
- Be fully vaccinated as per QLD Health requirements to enter the licensed bar/nighttime entertainment area and provide proof via their QLD check-in app “green tick” upon entry.

2. The committee reserves the right to refuse entry and to remove any person behaving appropriately or not following guidelines set by committee

3. Entry may be refused if online tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or if the Organiser has reasonable grounds to believe the tickets have been acquired by unauthorised or illegal means.

4. Persons must obey all signs, notices and directions given by the committee and/or security personnel whilst on the grounds

5. Strictly no BYO (security checks at gate)

6. Strictly no glass allowed on site (security checks at gate)

8. Dogs allowed in camping area but MUST be tied up/on leash at all time. Dogs NOT permitted in event site
