About Mud and Saltwater Short Film Fest – ‘Premiere Night’

Sun Pictures, in Broome’s historic Chinatown, is the perfect location to screen short films made by local filmmakers about Roebuck Bay, Broome and the Kimberley region.

With the Kimberley, rugged, scenic and rich in cultural values, there are plenty of fascinating, and at times, hilarious and perilous stories to be relived through film.

The short films are judged prior to the Film Fest and the winners of each category announced at the Premiere on June 4th, 2021.
