About The Rebalance Sesh | Dec 2023

Rachael and Gina would like to invite you to The Rebalance Sesh.

This workshop is designed to help you unwind, relax and regulate. The event will include a full cellular healing from our crystalline sound bowls, breath work, living energy therapy, nervous system regulation exercises including EFT and TFT tapping and beautiful meditations all chosen to help you relax and let go of the stresses of day-to-day life.
