About St Peter’s Year 10 Formal 2024

This is a parent organised event for current students of St Peter’s Catholic College Tuggerah, Year 10 2024.

TICKET PRICE
The ticket price is $115 per person and is inclusive of ticketing and payment gateway fees.
The ticket price includes entry to the Year 10 – 2024 formal at Pullman Magenta Shores on Thursday 5 December, a two-course meal, non-alcoholic beverages, DJ, room hire and setup, event theming, and one security guard.

TERMS OF PURCHASE
When purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to the following:

1. Finality of Sale:
Tickets purchased are final. No refunds, exchanges, or reselling is permitted.
 
2. Attendee Information:
The student's first and last name must be included in the booking.
Any dietary requirements should be noted.
The name and contact number of a parent/guardian, needs to be listed as the emergency contact and responsible person for the student on Thursday 5 December.

3. Eligibility:
The ticket purchaser must be a current Year 10 student of St Peters Catholic College and remain a current student up to the event date, Thursday 5 December 2024.
 
Tickets cannot be purchased by or for past students, students from other year groups, friends, or family members. Refunds will not be provided for ineligible purchases.
 
4. Liability for Damages:
Attendees may be liable for any loss or damages resulting from their actions at the event. In the event that a person is refused entry or asked to leave the event, the parent committee will take reasonable steps to advise the emergency contact listed at the time of ticket purchase.
 
No refund will be provided for refusal of entry or ejection from the event.
 
5. Non-Refundable Policy:
Due to the nature of this event being not-for-profit and the non-refundable payment schedule to the venue (Pullman Magenta Shores), refunds are not available. Tickets are sold as final.
 
6. Event Cancellation:
In the event the formal is cancelled, any remaining funds (less fees, non-refundable deposits, etc.) will be returned to ticket purchasers.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Compliance with Venue Rules:
All attendees must comply with the rules and regulations of the venue - Magenta Shores.
 
Safety and Conduct:
The parent committee reserves the right to enforce safety and conduct rules. Attendees must behave in a manner that ensures the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
 
Emergency Situations:
In case of emergencies, the listed emergency contact will be notified.
