Once again, we have pulled out all the stops and invite you to join us for a finger-snapping, toe-tapping, sing-alonging and downright dazzling night of entertainment!!

The internationally acclaimed Tanunda Town Band is recognised as the oldest continual brass band in the Southern Hemisphere, and has been entertaining audiences locally, nationally and internationally for the last 160 years! We are an A Grade band that excels in a range of styles including jazz, big-band, pop, classical, oom-pah and of course traditional brass…something for every taste!!
We are excited to announce that joining us on stage this year will be Adelaide’s own vocalist extraordinaire… Libby O’ Donovan! A highly regarded artist, Libby has entertained audiences around the globe with her unique talents, performing in the USA,Canada, Japan, UK and India as well as Australia-wide. Libby has performed seasons for the Adelaide Festival of Arts, Adelaide Fringe, Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Edinburgh Fringe, Sydney Spring Festival, Perth International Arts Festival, the International Jazz Educators Convention and Melbourne Fringe.

Melodienacht is a little bit cabaret, a little bit oompah, a little bit big band, a little bit sing-along, always surprising and a whole lot of fun. So why don't you join Tanunda Town Band and friends and have yourselves a big night out – singing, grooving, and not forgetting German schunkeling, at our iconic Melodienacht weekend show.
