Eryldene April Open Weekend Special Sunday Afternoon Tea and entry - two sittings 1.00 pm & 2.30pm.
Stroll through the world renowned garden, and take a tour to hear stories about the roles played by the Waterhouse family in the history of style, art, science, linguistics, horticulture and scholarship and the creation of the work of art we know as Eryldene today.
The booked Sunday Afternoon Tea at Eryldene is served in the style typical of the early twentieth century, using fine embroidered linen, table napkins and fine china.
The Garden Cafe will be open for light refreshments.
We serve:
Twinings teas and fresh plunger coffee.
Four quarter sandwiches of chicken and celery; egg; ham and Dijon mustard; cucumber.
Four pieces of home-made delicacies including shortbread, chocolate slice/brownie, a light yummy of some sort, butterfly cake.
We can cater for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian.
The afternoon tea includes a tour of the house and hearing the stories of the Waterhouse Family.
Visit the garden and admire the continuing display of colour and magnificent azaleas and late blooming camellias.
