About Tree House Concert: Season 1 #3
The Tree House presents our first house concert of 2020. Join us on the lawn on Sunday 26 January, for a very special event under the sky.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture; every day but particularly on this one. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
The name Survival Day expresses the fact that Aboriginal culture is still strong and many Aboriginal people's identities are positive and alive despite all that has happened since colonisation.
The evening will feature performances from:
*Tani Walker and Band
*Dave Robertson & The Kiss List
*Joel Davis
*Marrzi
Entry is by donation (we suggest $20.00, but feel free to give more to support The Tree House's musical ventures). Kids under 12 are free.
Location: Between Bibra Lake and Baldivis, a property close to the freeway but with the feels of the countryside. Exact address will be located on your tickets upon booking.
Times: Doors open at 4.00pm, music at 5.00pm.
Please Bring:
- A plate to share (a shared supper is a special part of the evening)
- Rug or folding chair
- Bathers
- Warm clothes
- Tent if you're camping
- Utensils that can be washed (cup, plate etc.) instead of the throw-away variety.
