About Rutherglen in the City - Canberra
Rutherglen in the City brings the wine and food of a small town in North East Victoria to Canberra.
The Rutherglen wineries are known for their innovative wine styles and excellent produce. Rutherglen’s boutique Muscat and Durif cellars, in a setting of rolling hills, mountain ranges, vines, open skies and historic townships.
The festival includes an exhibition with over 100 wines to taste, masterclasses, live entertainment, picnics and platters.
Get up close and personal with producers, find a new favourite wine style and enjoy some excellent cuisine, as Rutherglen comes to Canberra to offer you 'Rutherglen in the City'.
Tickets $35pp, including Spiegelau tasting glass to take home.
Tasting Session tickets include access to a 3hr tasting session, masterclasses held throughout the day (bookings required) and live entertainment in the grounds of Pialligo Estate.
Gourmet picnics and platters by Pialligo Estate are available all day. To purchase a platter please pre-order to ensure you don’t miss out!
Wine available for purchase onsite all day by the glass or to take home.
