Important App Help Support

The Ticketebo Door Scan Manager App (for iPhone / iPad and Android devices) is available free from iTunes and Google Play, and is provided at no cost to our Event Organisers. The Scanning App enables rapid entry to your event from multiple synchronised devices; as well as detect and alert your entry personnel should a customer present a ticket which has already been fulfilled.
To start scanning please log into the App using your Event Organiser log in and password details supplied by your Account Manager or Customer Support. If you are having problems logging into your account please call Customer Support (7 Days) on 1800 381 939.
When you have logged into Ticketebo's Door Scan Manager App you will notice that on every screen there is a help information icon - clicking on this icon will provide you assistance around how to use the App at your event.
