We charge one low booking fee per order, and this covers everything you need to sell tickets online and at the gate. Our pricing is designed for complete transparency, with expert support included at no extra cost.

How our pricing works
Ticketebo charges a low booking fee of 4% (inc GST) of the ticket order value (with a minimum booking fee of $1.20).
Our fees are better than other ticketing companies who typically charge a Transaction % Fee AND a Per Ticket fee - whereas our booking fee is charged ONLY on the ticket order value (regardless of how many tickets are ordered) ...that means less fees charged to your customers!
These days we find most organisers pass on our fee to their patrons online, meaning your payout reflects the full ticket value.
But if you’d prefer to absorb the booking fee into your ticket price, we can enable that by deducting our booking fee from your ticket revenues.
There are also no additional credit card fees or surcharges when you sell tickets through our online ticket platform - these costs are already covered in our small booking fee.
And if you are a registered charity, we’ll donate 10% of our booking fee back to your charity!
Booking Fee Calculations
Here are some real examples of how our simple 4% Booking fee (min $1.20 per order) is applied:
- A $10 order (eg x2 $5 tickets) results in a $1.20 booking fee.
- A $30 order (eg x2 $15 tickets) also results in a $1.20 booking fee.
- A $50 order (eg x2 $25 tickets) results in a $2.00 booking fee.
- A $100 order (eg x4 $25 tickets) results in a $4.00 booking fee.

Booking Fee: A booking fee of of the total order value applies, with a minimum fee of per order. The fee is typically paid by the Patron by default, but the Event Organiser may choose who pays the fee at the time of setup.
Note: The calculated booking fee applies per individual order and is not representative of the total estimated payout to the organiser across all orders.
Payment to Organisers
How and when do I get paid?
In terms of ticketing funds payout, when using our default payment method, we pay out your ticket monies at the end of your event: the timing of which is that we send a final sales report on the Monday after your event - and on your approval and submission of your bank details, we pay the net funds out the next business day.
Need money sooner than that? If accessing ticket revenue monies from your event during the ticketing campaign is important, then please reach out to our sales team to enquire about our latest integration with Stripe Payments (which allows organisations to access ticket monies during your ticketing campaign.
